জিহ্বার রোগে বিয়ের বিড়ম্বনা!
মুখ ও জিহ্বার এমন কিছু রোগ রয়েছে যার কারণে পাত্র-পাত্রী ছাড়াও অভিভাবকরা বিয়ের সময় হলে বিড়ম্বনাকর পরিস্থিতির সম্মুখীন হন। আবার কেউ কেউ রোগ লুকিয়ে রেখেও বিয়ে করে ফেলেন।
জিহ্বার দুটি রোগের একটি হলো: জিওগ্রাফিক টাং বা মানচিত্র জিহ্বা আর অন্যটি হলো: ফিশার যুক্ত বা গর্তযুক্ত জিহ্বা।
যাদের জিহ্বায় ফিশার বা গর্ত রয়েছে তাদের ক্ষেত্রে জিওগ্রাফিক টাং বা মানচিত্র জিহ্বা হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা বেশি। ফিশারযুক্ত জিহ্বায় ফাটল এবং গর্ত জিহ্বার উপরিভাগে এবং পার্শ্বে বেশি দেখা যায়।
কেউ কেউ মনে করেন সোরিয়াসিস রোগের কারণে জিওগ্রাফিক টাং বা মানচিত্র জিহ্বা হতে পারে। তবে এখন পর্যন্ত এটি প্রমাণিত হয়নি। তবে কিউটেনিয়াস সোরিয়াসিস থাকলে বিষয়টি রোগ নির্ণয়ের ক্ষেত্রে বিবেচনায় আনা যেতে পারে প্রমাণ সাপেক্ষে।
জিওগ্রাফিক টাং হলে জিহ্বা দেখতে খুব খারাপ দেখা যায়। এটি ভাল হলে কিছু দিন পর দেখা যায় এক স্থান থেকে অন্য স্থানে পুনরায় সৃষ্টি হয় এবং রোগীর মাঝে একটি আতংক তৈরি হয়।
তবে জিওগ্রাফিক টাং বা জিহ্বা ও ফিশারযুক্ত জিহ্বা একসাথে দেখা দিলে এবং ফাটল বা গর্তগুলো খুব বড় আকারের হলে অবশ্যই যথাযথ চিকিৎসা গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
জিওগ্রাফিক টাং বা জিহ্বা থাকলে বিয়ে করতে কোনো সমস্যা নাই। কারণ জিওগ্রাফিক টাং বা মানচিত্র জিহ্বা কোনো ছোঁয়াচে রোগ নয়। অর্থাৎ স্বামী থেকে স্ত্রী বা স্ত্রী থেকে স্বামীতে ছড়াতে পারে না।
তবে ব্যাকটেরিয়া ও ভাইরাস জণিত কিছু মারাত্মক আলসার বা ঘা জণিত ঠোঁট ও জিহ্বার সমস্যায় চিকিৎসা গ্রহণ করে তবেই বিয়ে করা উচিত।
